Piston rings since 1973. Wire and cast-iron stock, heat treatment, surface finishing, precision grinding and assembly all run in-house, under an IATF 16949 quality management system that governs process control through final verification. Integrated In-House Process

    Material

    High-grade Japanese imported wire and cast-iron stock, for wear resistance and durability.

  2. 02

    Heat Treatment

    Sets the ring’s elasticity and hardness — what decides whether it holds tension over its service life.

  3. 03

    Surface Treatment

    Chrome plating, nitriding, phosphating, ferroxiding — and our own Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) coating.

  4. 04

    Precision Grinding & Assembly

    High-precision grinding holds dimensions consistent; final verification follows IATF 16949.
