Every product C.T.I. ships carries a silver holographic security label on its packaging. If you have any doubt about a product in your hands, send us photographs of the box and the label and we will confirm it for you.
Find the silver holographic label on the box. On some products it is integrated into the printed label; on others it is applied as a separate sticker. The hologram itself is the same one in both cases.
Photograph the whole box and a close-up of the label, and capture the batch code at the bottom right of the box and the part number on the label. These are what we check against our shipping records.
Attach the photographs to the form below and tell us where and in which country you bought the product. We will come back to you with a direct answer.
