Product Authenticity

Every product C.T.I. ships carries a silver holographic security label on its packaging. If you have any doubt about a product in your hands, send us photographs of the box and the label and we will confirm it for you.

HOW TO CHECK

How to check

  1. 01Check the packagingFind the silver holographic label on the box. On some products it is integrated into the printed label; on others it is applied as a separate sticker. The hologram itself is the same one in both cases.
  2. 02Photograph itPhotograph the whole box and a close-up of the label, and capture the batch code at the bottom right of the box and the part number on the label. These are what we check against our shipping records.
  3. 03Send them to usAttach the photographs to the form below and tell us where and in which country you bought the product. We will come back to you with a direct answer.

For security reasons the full authentication method is not published. If you need a product verified, contact us directly and we will make the determination for you.

Is a product without the holographic label counterfeit?

Yes. Every genuine C.T.I. package carries the silver holographic security label. If it is not there, the product is not ours.

Can the label be bought separately?

No. The holographic label ships only on genuine product.

What should I do if I find a counterfeit?

Photograph the packaging and the product, and report it to us with the form on this page.
