Privacy &Cookie Policy

1. Scope

This policy covers how this website handles the personal data collected when you use our services. It does not apply to linked third-party websites, nor to personnel not commissioned by or under the management of this website.

2. Collection & Use of Data

When you visit the site or use its features, we may ask for the personal data necessary for that service and will process it only within that specified purpose. We will not use your data for other purposes without your written consent.

When you use interactive features such as Contact Us, member registration or email enquiries, we retain the name, email address, phone and other contact details you provide, along with the time of use.

During normal browsing, the server records information such as your device IP address, time of use, browser, and browsing/click logs, used as a reference to improve our services. These records are for internal use only and are not made public.

Within the scope of responding to your enquiries and reasonable customer service, your data may be passed to our service partners or distributors so they can contact you directly.

3. Data Protection

Our servers are protected by firewalls, anti-virus systems and other necessary security measures. Strict controls ensure that only authorised personnel — all bound by confidentiality agreements — can access your personal data.

Where service is outsourced for business needs, we strictly require the relevant parties to observe confidentiality obligations and take the necessary measures to ensure compliance.

4. External Links

Our pages may provide links to other websites. Those sites are not governed by this privacy policy; please refer to the privacy policy of each linked site.

5. Sharing Data with Third Parties

We will not provide, exchange, rent or sell your personal data to any individual, group, private enterprise or public authority, except where there is a legal basis or contractual obligation, including but not limited to:

• With your written consent.
• Where expressly required by law.
• To avert danger to your life, body, freedom or property.
• For statistics or academic research in the public interest by public agencies or academic institutions, where the data cannot identify a specific individual.
• Where disclosure is necessary to identify, contact or take legal action when your conduct breaches the terms of service or may harm the site or other users.
• Where it is in your interest.

6. Use of Cookies

To provide the best service, this site places and reads cookies on your device. If you do not wish to accept cookies, you can adjust your browser privacy settings to refuse them, though some site features may not work properly.

Cookies are small files that store browsing preferences, and almost every website uses them. This site uses two kinds. Strictly necessary first-party cookies are stored only on your device and keep the site working. Analytics cookies are set by Google Analytics, which collects anonymous usage statistics — the pages visited, browser language, country and device type — and sends them to Google for processing; they carry no name or contact details. You may refuse cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to stop analytics collection.

• Strictly necessary cookies — essential for you to browse and use the site; without them some services cannot be provided.
• Performance cookies — collect anonymous usage statistics to improve site performance. This site uses Google Analytics.
• Functional cookies — remember information you have entered (such as username, language and location) to offer more personalised features.
• Marketing cookies — remember whether you have visited, to deliver information relevant to your interests.

7. Amendments

This privacy policy may be amended as needed; updated terms will be posted on this website.

8. Access & Deletion

Members can view their authorised name and email at any time in the member centre. At your request, we can delete or stop using your personal data — please contact us via the Contact page.
